TWO:/  EARTH, IS A PRISON....

Preface - 

Lamentations 3:31-36;

³¹ For the Lord will not cast off for ever:

³² But though he cause grief, yet will he have compassion according to the multitude of his mercies.

³³ For he doth not afflict willingly nor grieve the children of men.

³⁴ To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth.

³⁵ To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,

³⁶ To subvert a man in his cause, the Lord approveth not.

A PROMISE - "will not cast off for ever" that's promising..... 
3 FACTOR(s) -   *  "though [He] [cause grief]" who causes grief ?
                            **[He] [does not afflict willingly]
                           ***[He] [does not grieve 

                                   ( to such an extant as ) 

³⁴ To crush under his feet all the prisoners of the earth.

³⁵ To turn aside the right of a man before the face of the most High,

³⁶ To subvert a man in his cause ]

HOWEVER, notwithstanding............

1st./   Whether or not [He] doth cause such grief as crushes, turns aside, or subverts... the one fact of reality still remains.... such griefs / grievances exist and are ever present facts of everyday reality....

   A./  Natural nature is not a forgiving environment; nor is the environment of this Earth ! 

        1./   Every object here ( on Earth ) must be, has to be harnessed, broken, overcome, brought under control, and mastered in order for any of us here to enjoy the bounty and relative harmonies and successes of living here. It has taken great and unforgiving hardship; and, the toll has been even worse upon / in terms of human life.

2nd./   THE DUALITIES....    

    The dualities duel and vie over us (despite us) so as to reign victor over us, as ever present tyrannical sovereignty's (and their tyrannies). 

Earth -vs- man
cold -vs- warmth
death -vs- life
illness -vs- health & wellness
evil -vs- good
degeneration, demise and destruction -vs- us all.

   A./  Being here......is,
        1./   an hardship; and,
        2./   at great difficulty, trial and cost.
        while, on-the-other-hand, 
   B./  Being here......is, and can often be.........
        1./   an awesome, striking and often breathtaking phenomenon.

Romans 11:22;
Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God:....

Jeremiah 2:19;
Thine own wickedness shall correct thee, and thy backslidings shall reprove thee: know therefore and see that it is an evil thing and bitter, that thou hast forsaken the LORD thy God, and that my fear is not in thee, saith the Lord GOD of hosts.

   C./  There are so many levels, degrees, frequencies, dimensions, in every direction !

CORRUPTION
1 Corinthians 15:42;
...It is sown in corruption;
    

man -vs- God

   D./  This has been and is the legacy of our history from the very beginning of time, of recorded history and of life here on planet Earth. It is certainly not a country club, nor a paradise.

       1./  It's 2012 now and I'm pretty sure and certain we all know where we are now..... 

   E./  There is certainly, ( seemingly ) virtually no end to the ever present, looming detriment of it all ! No respite in sight..... no end to the madness, destruction and demise ( nor lack thereof ) !

chaos -vs- order and sanity
insanity -vs- sanity
the insane -vs- the future

   F./  Making some kind of sense of / out of it all; and, finding one's own place and way of being here amid the daily carnage and wreckage of it all; and, of living here or surviving it all is an obviously challenging (even daunting) task. That any of us can is a miraculous testament !

   G./  AND, MONEY.....the blanket that keeps us warm and cozy. But, if you look too close, well.......the only thing to gain from that kind of non-sense; and, the only thing left to see by looking to close is / would be..........the truth; now, wouldn't it ! And, well, we wouldn't want that now would we !

   H./  and, the ever present joke of the endless broken promises, hopes, dreams, etcc.... never meant nor true in the 1st place; and, in the 2nd place, promises, hopes, dreams, used only to forge on over it all, to begin with: leaving the strewn debris of carnage and human toll behind, as the truest testament to the insanity and inhumanity that rules and reigns upon this Earth! And yet.....
still, there is a calm.....

3rd./   Still, in the midst of it all, a calm in the eye of the raging storm hurling itself violently around about us ! a relative calm, that is, house, home, love, family and friends; loved ones and relative peace and quiet on our block - ever so fragile and ever just a breath away from collapsing in upon itself under the ever present weight of REALITY.

4th./   Oh, and the choices; the ever present choices!  

EVERYTHING IS A MATTER OF PERSPECTIVE(s) !

Bear and Keep in mind, PERSPECTIVES MATTER !!!!

TAKE MAN'S WISDOM for example -
here is a fine example of the logic and reasoning of men ( who indeed are Second hand lions )

     When it comes to ideal things and the idea / notion of i deal things - it would be nice if the things you chose / choose / opt to believe in were true ! Simply because, Santa Clause ( for example,)  is a very fine ideal thing [albeit unreal, untrue] to believe in - and yet REALITY does not support the fantasy and instead, censors the illusory and ideal notions as fanciful and not healthy; and demands a break from such things ! So also, in the example above we fine some fine ideal things worth and worthy of believing in; none-the-less upon closer scrutiny alas, one must conclude, as Santa Clause makes for a very fine argument, so also does the beliefs considered in the notions posited in the example above......but upon closer scrutiny alas, are none-the-less specious and contrived also. For example.....

A./  doesn't matter if they are true or not....
B./  if you want to believe in something, then, believe in it.
C./  just because something isn't true, that's no reason you can't believe in it.
D./  sometimes, the things that may or may not be truth, are the things that a man needs to believe in the most.
E./  that people are basically, good
      that honor, courage and virtue mean everthing.
      that money and power; power and money, mean nothing.
      that good always triumphs over evil.
      love, true love never dies.
      doesn't matter if they are true or not......
F./  a man should believe in those things because,
G./  those are the things worth believing in.

makes for a very fine argument......... none-the-less are specious and contrived..... now, how so ?

Not that such a fine speech as this is ill-meaning or ill-meant; rather, that, if your going to persuade and convince minds and hearts to believe in things, the things should at least be true: otherwise, under the harsh hand of REALITY, the simple are / will be dashed to pieces, demised or worse.... e.g.
Santa Clause is just as deserving of being believed in.....
so is a belief in God Almighty......yet, REALISM and REALIST'S and, THE COLD, HARSH HAND OF REALITY ITSELF dashed to pieces, demises or worse....such fanciful, realistically unrealistic beliefs !

   1./  Consider,  that people are basically, good.......
If so, then, why is the world in such corrupt and unsavory condition of human atrocities, inhumanity, abuse; and, degenerative demoralizing states of affair ? not just here and there - and instead, every where as a matter of fact and common knowledge. It seems like, if the proposition were true, even at least, it should have kicked in by now hadn't it have? Not even among families, loved one's, not even in marriage is such a proposition true; and, only marginally at best. but, basically...... try convincing the millions of untold victims in the latest financial crisis - robbed to the point of utter demise and death......that we are basically good people: and that the rule of law, justice, and good ol uncle Sam are alive and well in my corner, looking out for my sake, my life and have my best interests at their very heart !!! Believable ? or, not ? Sorry, excuse me for saying so, but, my money is not bet upon it; nor upon the hedge funds of any of it. With corruption as common as coffee and small talk........try convincing bakeries that their next best thing is green cheese now beginning to make a big splash; and, that they should buy into it - before you try convincing myself that people are..."basically" good people.

.......that people are basically, simple, descent, law abiding, peaceful, hopeful folk..........as a majority of the land..........now, that I could believe: but, basically good........not a chance. Naive, gullible, harmless, futile, for good reason.........believable; just not sound. And, the others up in arms, for good reason, not fooled nor deceived by the passion play and commercialism of it all; ready to fight tooth and nail to the bone, to the death to tear it all down and start again somewhere else, somehow, some way.........think, they believe in the milk and cookies philosophies of the basically good people ? I think not !

HOWEVER, never fear, because, it doesn't matter if it's all true or not.......so, relax.don't worry about it.

   2./  Consider,  that honor, courage and virtue mean everthing.
yes, I'd agree and I too believe this ! However, that it is the rule ? not ! that it is the exception......yes.

   3./  Consider,  that money and power; power and money, mean nothing.
WOW ! talking about unrealistic............how unbelievable is this ?
         That money and power in corruption have ruled and reigned upon the Earth from the beginning is nothing short of a bear mauling you to death in the woods true ! and,
         that they mean nothing.......yes, nice idea.....would be nice if it were true...but true ? believable ? to believe so, or, to believe such utter rubbish is nothing short of deluded ignorance; stupidity in the extreme: nothing short of depraved and indifferent, inane insanity. You'd be better off believing that a bear is not going to maul you if it get's the chance. nay, I say, your better off believing  in my bear mauling theory.
         And, is it not all just a little too obviously self serving and self deluded to be believe in in the 1st place. I think so.
HOWEVER, never fear, because, it doesn't matter if it's all true or not.......so, relax.don't worry about it.

   4./  that good always triumphs over evil.
   yea, maybe so; but, that is does / is right now ! Let me see, should I stand here and wait and watch for to detect the slightest shift in the tectonic plates of the Earth's surface so I could prove the migration of the Earth's terrain  ? I don't think so.........point, what difference does it make that some illnesses can be cured now, to a person who lived when the same diseases killed them way back when? or, why do I care that someone ultimately wins the lottery ? It does nothing for me. So, that good ultimately will and does triumph over evil...great ! that's a big plus......but, right here right now..........not. Sorry folks.

   5./  doesn't matter if they are true or not...... maybe not to you.but not in REALITY !!! I dare say, it matters to the most paramount extreme to a child ravaged by hunger, starvation or sexual abuse !!!! Tell them to believe in the ultimate wonders of the universe. I dare say it matters to the most paramount extreme to a father, mother, brother, sister, or wife whose son / brother / husband just got murdered or killed in Veit Nam........tell them that it doesn't matter.................ask them if they are going to seek justice in a court of law or not ? That it doesn't matter...........................? How absurd an idea / notion.

   6./  A man should believe in those things..........yea, fine and dandy O ! whoopee !
   you want to know what I think............you better start believing in reality, in what's really going on..because, that is what rules ! that is what makes sense ! that is what is real here and now ! not some farcical, fantasy version of the truth ! So, no !!! the kid got it right !!!! the kid had it right !!! IT DOES MATTER !

Isaiah 5:20;
Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

Surely your turning of things upside down shall be esteemed as the potter's clay: for shall the work say of him that made it, He made me not? or shall the thing framed say of him that framed it, He had no understanding?

5th./   Then, there is Elohim Jehovah, YHWH, Emmanuel, Jah ! Jesus Christ, His Son to consider, no doubt....!

THREE./  THE DIVINE NATURE !!!!
